How Eco-Friendly are you?

We use ZERO hazardous chemicals in our process. When your bins are being cleaned, we use clean water that is heated to 200 degrees and 3000psi. This helps blast the dirt/germs right off the can. All wastewater goes into our machine and is properly disposed of.

When it comes to cleaning your outside surfaces, (driveway, turf, pavers, etc.) we only use eco-friendly or biodegradable chemicals.

How do you get the bins so clean?

Our state-of-the-art pressure washing system is what keeps your cans “Top Notch”. First, the hydraulic lift places your stinky can above our 360-degree pressurized spray head. Clean water then travels from our 100-gallon water tank into our water heater. Water then passes from the water heater into the bin washer.

From there, the water shoots out at 200 degrees Fahrenheit, at a pressure of 3000 psi getting rid of all dirt and germs. The dirty water falls into a separate 100-gallon dirty water tank. That water is then properly disposed of at a waste station following all the cleans.

There is a separate handheld power washer attached for cleaning the exterior of the can.

Are there any contracts for your bin cleaning service?

Nope! You can cancel your service at any time after your 3rd cleaning.

What discounts do you offer?

West Valley Top Notch Cleaning wants to give our thanks to Veterans by giving you $5 off every cleaning when you pick a recurring bin cleaning service. You also get the biggest discounts on all of other services! Just let us know when you reach out or after you sign up that you are a Veteran and we will apply the savings right away!

We also offer discounts to all of our recurring bin cleaning customers. When you sign up with a minimum of 2 bins, you will receive special pricing on everything we clean!

My trash/recycle pickup fall on separate days, how does that work?

If you are one of the lucy cities that has trash and recycle fall on separate days, we ask on your 1st cleaning to have both bins emptied and ready to be cleaned. Once the 1st cleaning is complete, you can either have your bins cleaned on the days they are normally emptied or we can clean them both on the day one is emptied. Just let know which option you prefer.

Do I need to be home for you to clean my bins?

You never have to be home for any of your cleanings! Even when you go on vacation! We make your bin cleaning service as seamless as possible! We do like to do a meet and greet on your 1st cleaning, however, that is not mandatory!

What if I need to reschedule my bin cleaning?

Changing your cleaning frequency is easy! If you need to reschedule your cleaning, please do so no later than 1 day before the cleaning. Keep in mind, since we don't have you sign contracts for service, we have policies in place when you change your cleaning frequency.

Here is an example:

You have either Monthly, Bi-Monthly or Quarterly service and your cleaning is on the 1st week of the month. You contact us prior to your cleaning to reschedule. We will allow you to change your cleaning up to 2 weeks from your upcoming cleaning without changing the price.

If it is a must that your upcoming cleaning needs to be pushed more than 2 weeks, we will move you to the next cleaning frequency and keep you on your current cleaning week. (Week 1). At that cleaning, you will be charged the higher amount and once that cleaning is complete, you can either continue on the higher cleaning frequency or go back to your original cleaning frequency.

If your cleaning falls on the last week of the month, you can request to reschedule your cleaning. Bi-Monthly and Quarterly cleanings are able to follow the 2 week policy mentioned above. If you follow the 2 week policy, your next cleaning will fall on the month of your original cleaning date. (If June 30 was the original cleaning date and you move into July 1. We will consider your next cleaning from June.) If you are on Monthly with the conditions above, you will automatically be moved to the last week of the month and be charged at a Bi-Monthly cleaning rate.

When will my bins be cleaned?

We prefer to clean your bins on the day of your empty day (trash/recycle), no later than the following day. West Valley Top Notch Cleaning is open from 7am-7pm Mon-Fri and 7am-4pm on Sat. Service on your bins would be between the hours listed. Prior to each cleaning, you will receive 3 reminders: 1 week prior to your cleaning (via text and email), 3 days prior (via text and email), 1 day prior (via text and email).

We ask that you keep your bins empty and accessible on your cleaning day, until we are able to clean them.

What happens if our bins are full when you come to clean them?

Due to trash/recycle trucks being inconsistent on when they empty bins, we have a process for cleaning your bins if they are full. We will use our bags to securely put all items in, clean the bins and finally put the items back with the bag securely tied. We try to avoid this at all costs and we consider this as a last resort.

If we find that your trash/recycle pickup is later than our cleaning route, we will reach out to you to discuss options.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

For most of our services we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, American Express, Discover) PayPal, cash, check, Venmo and Zelle. To keep our bin cleaning service as seamless as possible, we only allow credit cards set on autopay, cash/check (only if this your only payment method). Cleanings would follow after payment is received.

If you would like to pay by Zelle, you can send your payment to LZ@westvalleyazcleaning.com. Venmo payers can search by our company name to pay.

How do I cancel service?

We are sorry to hear you go! If you choose to cancel your service, please use the contact us form, email or phone number listed on the website. We will reach out to you to confirm your request for cancellation.

Please keep in mind, we do require a minimum of 3 cleanings before canceling. If you decide to cancel additional bins or cancel all together prior to your 3rd cleaning, you will be charged the difference for a one time cleaning at the current one time cleaning rate.

Do you work with HOA's?

We sure do! Due to the high demand for our services, it often makes sense for our can cleaning to be included in your neighborhood’s HOA program. Please call for more details.

Why should I clean my bin(s)?

Most people know their bin(s) are dirty, but they don’t realize the dangers of the long-term buildup of microorganisms, viruses and harmful bacteria that happens over time. This can also attract pests (maggots and flies) and rodents to rummage through your trash and recycling bins. West Valley Top Notch Cleaning recommends your bins serviced at least once a month.

My bins aren't fully clean what gives?

Very rare occasions, some bin(s) are EXTREMELY dirty. It can take a few cleanings to fully remove the built-up grime from bin(s) that haven’t been cleaned in several years.

Please note that some stains, such as paint or dried tar cannot be removed completely by our “Top Notch” cleaning services.
